Thought Leadership & Investor Communications Case Study: AT&T Investor Day - HBO Max Launch

Background:

As the signature evolution of the transformation of the newly owned WarnerMedia, AT&T leveraged their semi-annual investor day to launch HBO Max to the financial community and press.  

Opportunity:

Create a bespoke experience highlighting the breadth, depth and legacy of content creation and distribution possessed by WarnerMedia (HBO, Warner Bros.,) for an exclusive, valued  audience of influencers.  

Outcome: 

With the primary focus of engaging and  inspiring   VIP guests, the event was hosted at the Warner Bros. Studios Lot, where attendees experienced  white glove engagement  upon arrival.  A custom-guided tram tour navigated guests  through the lot highlighting historic film sets.  The live presentation demonstrated the content, platform, business strategy and buzzworthy announcements for HBO Max through prepared remarks and a Q&A session with leadership. Following the show, guests explored brand installations during a cocktail hour hosted by executive leadership and several stars from the HBO Max family.
