Background:

Regarded as the industry’s best ad sales team, in 2016 as Turner/WarnerMedia ad sales’s competitive set and capabilities grew beyond the linear ad sales ecosystem, leadership acknowledged the need for a strategic team of marketers, producers, designers, event experts, and project managers to create materials, moments, and experiences to engage B2B clients, partners, and press.  Amanda was selected to create the marketplace image team.  

Opportunity:

Build (from the ground up) a strategic, creative and experiential resource for Turner/WarnerMedia’s ad sales division to oversee brand identity, production, and execution including presentations and collateral, hospitality, and activation for internal and external ad sales advancement.    

Outcome:

Amanda built a team to focus on  3 pillars: creative services, marketing strategy and activation, and hospitality.  This dynamic  team oversees creative, activation, marketing and client engagement for the ad sales division of the legacy WarnerMedia ad sales division.  The team became a sought after resource across multiple divisions of the company for presentations, events, and experiences; inclusive of the company’s presence at CES, Cannes Lions, Sundance, and Final Four.
