Background:
The annual Consumer Electronics Showcase (CES) conference attended by approximately 45,000 people, kicks off the year for the media and advertising community. WarnerMedia’s presence illustrated its leadership position.
Opportunity:
Through unique, high-impact experiences, content strategy, and targeted messaging, Amanda re-imagined the attendee/client journey and created touchpoints that highlighted WarnerMedia’s role as a thoughtful client partner, creating experiences that drove community, conversations and deeper relationships.
WM House: Amanda negotiated a takeover of the Aria Hotel’s Wedding Chapel and designed a private meeting and social space for executives to host partners, clients, and press.
Restaurant takeover: WarnerMedia surprised CES attendees with an overnight transformation of the centrally-located Herringbone restaurant. For the conference’s peak day, WarnerMedia and partner Xandr drove the conference narrative through this high-impact community hub.
Innovation Lab Pop-up: Positioned outside the primary entrance to the media conference stage and display footprint, WarnerMedia introduced the advertising community to the new Innovation Lab through a 200-degree, immersive experience.
Outcome:
Overall footprint leveraged by 9 divisions of WarnerMedia
Chapel: 60+ meetings held plus press event with 25+ members of the press in attendance.
Restaurant: in one day…115+ meetings and 530+ party attendees.
